Rangrasiya's Laila Aka Ankita Sharma Gets Tattooed!

The beautiful Ankita Sharma aka Laila from Colors' popular serial Rangrasiya, recently got inked. The actress has got a peacock feather tattoo on her wrist, symbolising spirituality and integrity.

"It was for a long time that I wanted a tattoo, but it kept getting delayed. I finally decided on getting it done recently. It's a beautiful peacock feather, which I have on my left wrist. The peacock feather is a symbol of spirituality , peace and integrity. I am a spiritual person and I thought it would be an apt design." said the Rangrasiya actress.

However, Ankita's mother is quite miffed with her for this decision of her's- to get inked. "I hadn't told her before getting a tattoo, and she has been quite angry with me. But I am going to get another tattoo done very soon. That will be for my mother and the tattoo will read Daughter of an Angel'. I have told my mom about this, but she doesn't want me to go through the pain of getting another tattoo," Ankita said.

The tattoo could not be vividly seen on her daily soap, Rangrasiya, as her recent scenes were mostly shot with dim lighting, or featured her in ful-armed clothes. According to the twists that the plot of Rangrasiya is currently taking, we could very soon see her back on the show as a regular full-fledged, flaunting the beautiful peacock feather tattoo.

Ankita has earlier worked in Baat Humari Pakki Hai as the female lead opposite Barun Sobti, among other serials. She had also signed a film with Rangrasiya co-star Ashish Sharma before venturing into TV with Agle Janam Mohe Bitiya Hi Kijo. The film is yet to be released.
