Abhishek Bachchan To Promote Kabaddi Team On Diya Aur Baati Hum!

Diya Aur Baati Hum makers are reportedly in talks with Bollywood actor to promote his Kabaddi team Jaipur Pink Panthers, a franchise of Pro-Kabaddi League, on the show. It is said that the actor too has shown interest as the ongoing track on the show is dealing with the same game and so makes ideal to promote his team on the show.

The latest track on the show which has the male protagonist trying to win a Kabaddi tournament to win money to fulfill his dream of owning a hotel. Sooraj, the lead character played by Anas Rashid, is the captain of his team who are trying their best overcoming obstacles and win the game.

Abhishek Bachchan, the 39-yeal-old, is currently in talks with the makers of the show, who was last seen in Shahrukh Khan Deepika Padukone starer Happy New Year, owns the team Jaipur Pink Panthers and the actor and the makers of the show see the promotion apt considering the current Kabaddi track on the show.

While the makers are trying to include Bollywood actors to help get back their previous glory, the Kabaddi track might be the main reason for the steep drop in viwership of the show.

Diya Aur Baati Hum, the Star Plus show, which has remained on the top of rating charts for years at a stretch has droped low recently when the show took a leap and changed the main focus from Deepika Singh, who plays Sandhya, to Sooraj.
