Amit Tandon To Enter Yeh Hai Mohabbatein As Subbu!

Yeh Hai Mohabbatein's new character, Subbu, is going to be played by Amit Tandon. Subbu is said to be Ishita's (Divyanka Tripathi) ex-lover who will re-enter her life very soon.

Amit Tandon who was last seen in Jeannie Aur Juju, became popular with Indian Idol. He has also acted in Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi and Dill Mill Gayye. The handsome actor will soon be playing an interesting character in the Balaji Telefilms' Star Plus show starring Divyanka and Karan Patel in lead roles, Yeh Hai Mohabbatein.

Previously there were reports which said that Eijaz Khan, Mrunal Jain and Aadesh Chaudhary were also considered for this crucial role. Subbu, the role Amit will don soon, is said to change the equation between Raman, Ishita and their daughter Ruhi.

Currently on Yeh Hai Mohabbatein, it is said that Ruhi will be getting kidnapped leaving a trail for Ishita and Raman which will eventually lead them to a house. Will it be Subbu who would have kidnapped Ruhi? Does Sujatha has something to do with this?
