Bigg Boss 9: Puneet Vashist Gets Eliminated
After Yuvika Chaudhary, the second wild card entry Puneet Vashist gets eliminated, yesterday (15th Nov). Puneet had entered the Bigg Boss 9 by making lots of shocking statements and had promised viewers that he will entertain them as acting is in his DNA. But all his promises went in vain as he got eliminated.
Puneet was quoted by IANS as saying, "It was a short stay, but I feel it was enough for me to see the mirror and come out victorious as a human. It was definitely a short, but sweet and very fruitful experience from my perspective."
The Josh actor was the second wild card entrant; he entered the show a week before after Rishabh Sinha, who was first wild card entrant. During his stay in the house, Puneet was seen sometimes with full energy, while in many occasions, he remained silent. He even had a quarrel with Rochelle Rao and Kishwer Merchant.
Puneet was nominated along with Rochelle Rao, Aman Verma, Digangana Suryavanshi, Rimi Sen and Kishwer Merchant.
Salman announced Kishwer safe in yesterday's episode. In today's episode, he announced that Rimi and Digi are safe. He also added that Rimi was saved with just one vote. Salman even asked Puneet's gut feeling about elimination. When Puneet said, he doubts that he is the one who will be getting eliminated, Sallu asked him to come out of the house.
Before entering the show, Puneet had claimed that he had trained everyone from Shahrukh Khan to Akshay Kumar, but nobody helped him when he needed them.
The actor had even said that his bike stunt scene in Josh was chopped because of insecurity. Puneet had even said that he was roaming with Remo D'souza and now Remo doesn't even recognize him. Even Ahmed Khan, whom he assisted, didn't help his career.

Puneet had even said that when he comes out of the house winning the Bigg Boss Shahrukh and Akshay Kumar will bid, to get him! Well, Salman had even grilled him for his annoying behaviour. The host of the show had even questioned him about the differentiation that he did during the Highway Task, where Puneet took a dig at Mandana about the use of Turmeric and calling her a foreigner indirectly.
