It was RJ Preetam's birthday inside Bigg Boss 8 house and when he got a special call from his friend, RJ Malishka, he did not expect his beautiful wife to wish him as well. After this, when Malishka asked whether Karishma and Upen (UpMa) are a couple, Karishma answered in the affirmative.
