Complete Story: Open War Between Shahrukh Khan, Colors, Kapil Sharma!

There is currently an open war going on between the King Khan of Bollywood Shahrukh Khan and Colors TV and Kapil Sharma is smack bam in the middle of it. An angry Shahrukh has decided to cut all ties with the channel forever. Kapil is not very happy with the channel either.

It all started when Shahrukh wanted Kapil Sharma on his show, India Poochega Sabsee Shaana Kaun, for the finale episode. Kapil agreed to shoot on February 25th but Colors TV was not ready to have their star (Comedy Nights With Kapil) shine on a rival channel, & TV.

Colors asked the popular comedian to refrain himself from participating in the quiz show as they felt Kapil was overexposed of late. The channel bound Kapil by contract and refused to let him appear on Shahrukh's show.

Shahrukh, reportedly, had a heated argument with the Colors TV officials who then rubbished Kapil's claim. BollywoodLife reported Colors PR saying, "It was Kapil's call to be a part of any other show and they are not aware of any such diktat from the channel."

Irritated with the Colors changing their stand, Kapil said in a recent interview to Hindustan Times, "When Shah Rukh bhai's team called about the shoot, I agreed to shoot with Mika (Singh, singer) on February 25. He has appeared on my show multiple times and made it bigger than ever, how can I say no to him?"

"I was told (by Colors) that I can't shoot for a rival channel, especially as it's new. And now, it's sad that I'm being blamed. I am very hurt by the way things are projected. If the channel objected to me shooting for a rival channel, then they should have been upfront about it and not put the blame on me," Kapil clarified himself.

Now, Shahrukh is not very pleased with the channel's moves and has decided to go cold on them. BollywoodLife reported, "after the channel crossed swords with him, the star was irritated with Colors and Kapil Sharma and has made it clear to Farah that he will not come on her show."

Colors is currently trying to do some damage control. "Colors is trying to mend the differences with SRK. And even agreed to send Kapil on Shah Rukh's show, but the actor has turned down the offer. The actor also sworn not to promote his future ventures on the channel. Kapil shares a good rapport with SRK and did not want to upset the actor," latest reports say.
