Diya Aur Baati Hum: Meenakshi Desperate For Chavi’s Marriage

Diya Aur Baati Hum May 27th episode: The Kabaddi players get ready for the final selection. The coach explains the game of the first round. The players are sent to a court where they have to catch flying red balls and drop them into a net. While one player is trying to drop a ball, others can stop him.

Avinash sees that Sooraj has scored more than him and only two minutes are remaining. He holds Sooraj tightly. They fall on the ground together and fight over the ball. Avinash snatches the ball and gets up, while Sooraj is still rolling on the ground.

Meenakshi tells Bhabho that she has found a good match for Chavi. The bridegroom is a distant relative of hers. She shows his photograph; Bhabho finds that the boy looks sophisticated.

Meenakshi says that she has called the boy and his family to the house in the evening. Sandhya opines that they must discuss the matter with Chavi before taking any serious step. Meenakshi says that Sandhya is immature regarding the matters of family. Bhabho tells them to decorate the house.

In the evening, Emily tells Chavi to serve tea to the guests. The parents of the boy ask Chavi about her future plans. The boy comes later. Bhabho discovers that it is not the same boy whom she saw in the photograph!

Bhabho slams Meenakshi for cheating. Meena says it was a ten years old photograph. She adds that look is not important as the boy earns really well. She also says that Chavi cannot have any choice, as it is her second marriage. Everyone scolds Meenakshi.
