Here's Why Drashti Dhami Kept Media Away From Her Wedding!

Drashti Dhami and her family were hell-bent on keeping media away from her wedding. The reason apparently is because she has sold her wedding video rights to an NDTV show.

The popular TV actress, who has won over millions of hearts across the nation got married recently to her long time boyfriend and a Mumbai based businessman, Neeraj Khemka. What was most surprising about the wedding was that the actress and her family were extremely secretive about the wedding and wanted to keep the wedding exceptionally private.

Popular as the Madhubala of small screen, Drashti has been in the industry for a while now and is a known face of the country. NDTV Goodtimes' show Band Baaja Bride, has apparently brought the rights of the wedding and so the actress and the family wanted to keep all the ceremonies as private as possible.

Drashti and her family members were hell-bent on keeping the media away from their surrounding. It was reported that they even threw threats at some media personal as well. Drashti, in fact, threatened to break a camera at a point of time, reports say.

Despite the actress keeping the wedding and her look a top secret, the photos taken by her friends and family were enough to get spread across the net. Looks like all their efforts to evade the media went down the drain after all.
