Jodha Akbar's April 14th episode: The game of Polo starts in the Mughal palace between the senior and the junior groups. The junior group plays under the leadership of Salim, but Murad refuses to obey Salim’s instruction, as he is too proud of his power and position. However, the junior group wins the game.
Jodha opines that Akbar has intentionally lost the game. Akbar says he has done so as he knew why she insisted on organizing this game. He wanted to make his sons happy, says the King. Salima plans to congratulate the princes for their victory with sweet dishes, so that they start feeling easy with each other.
But things are not at all changed between Salim and Murad. Salim hurts Murad during a sword practice. He tells Murad that he’d never forgive him as it is for him, he has been stopped from meeting Anarkali. He also says that Murad should become a good fighter before he aspires to be the next Emperor. And he least cares if Murad again complains to the Emperor against him, says Salim.
Jodha becomes confused seeing that the situation is being more critical for Salim. She fears that the fights between the brothers can result in a serious enmity. She keeps thinking over the matter of conversion. Akbar comes to her and says that she should not think of conversion due to any external pressure.
Salim and Murad keep fighting over the issues of the state; Rukaiya wishes that Jodha would never change her religion, because she wants to make Salim believe that Jodha does not love him.
