Jodha Akbar: Salim Becomes Rebellious Again

Jodha Akbar April 6th episode: Jodha remains worried as Salim is seen nowhere within the palace. Jodha and Salima decide that they will be careful to prevent any kind of bitterness in the relationship of Salim and Murad, after the crowning issue.

Qutub sees Salim outside and tells him that there must be some reason for which Akbar has given the crown to Murad. Salim says that Murad should have opposed it. Qutub says Murad does not have the courage of speaking against the Emperor. Anarkali hears the announcement that Murad has been selected as the next Emperor. She thinks that she must talk with Salim as a friend.

Rukaiya says that no problem would have been created, had Jodha changed her religion before. Akbar scolds Rukaiya for this comment. He says that he made a promise to Jodha before marriage and he will keep that promise. Moreover he has made a secular state, where no one should be forced for conversion.

Akbar comes to talk with Salim and says that he has given the crown to Murad temporarily, only for a political strategy. Salim slams him and says that he has broken Murad’s heart too as Murad must have started cherishing the dream of being the Emperor.

Salim adds that by obeying the order of Shah Iran, Akbar has proved that his marriage with Jodha is illegitimate and Salim is an illegitimate child. Akbar reprimands him and tells him to have control over his anger. Murad decides to return the crown to Akbar as he feels extremely bad. Akbar tells Jodha that Salim has become rude again.
