Jodha
Akbar's
April
8th
episode:
Jodha
tells
Jalal
that
she
is
not
able
to
bear
that
Salim
is
being
called
an
illegitimate
child;
she
insists
on
converting
to
Islam.
Akbar
says
that
their
relationship
started
with
the
‘no
conversion’
clause
and
it
was
the
base
of
the
relationship.
They
have
respected
each
other’s
culture
for
so
many
years
and
if
it
is
broken
now,
it
would
bring
an
insult
upon
the
relationship.
Moti
tells
Jodha
that
she
has
made
all
arrangements
of
the
vrat
that
Jodha
is
to
observe
to
wish
good
luck
to
her
husband
and
family.
Jodha
says
that
she
will
not
keep
the
vrat.
She
adds
that
she
wants
to
accept
Islam
to
solve
Salim’s
problems,
even
after
the
Emperor
has
forbidden
her
to
do
so.
Akbar
comes
to
talk
with
Jodha
and
asks
her
who
will
take
the
responsibilities
of
puja
in
her
absence;
Jodha
becomes
worried,
but
she
says
that
she
will
stick
to
her
point
until
he
gives
her
the
permission
of
conversion.
The
ambassador
of
Tehran
comes
to
meet
Akbar.
He
says
that
the
King
of
Tehran
wants
to
become
friends
with
Akbar
to
fight
against
the
King
of
Iran.
Akbar
accepts
his
conditions
and
agrees
for
the
political
tie.
Mirza
Hakim
sends
a
message
where
he
says
that
he
has
set
ties
with
the
surrounding
countries
of
Kabul,
to
make
a
big
force
against
Iran.
Akbar
thinks
now
he
can
teach
a
lesson
to
Shah
Iran.
Murad
sends
message
to
Salim
telling
him
to
meet
promptly
to
discuss
some
issues
of
the
state.
Salim
receives
the
message
when
he
is
spending
time
with
Anarkali.
He
refuses
to
meet
Murad.
Murad
becomes
angry.
