Jodha Akbar: Man Bai Requests Salim To Help Anarkali

Jodha Akbar February 11th episode: Jodha is tensed about Salim’s changing moods. Rukaiya tells her that Salim must have quarreled with Man Bai and so, he refused to get married to her. It is quite natural in love, explains Rukaiya. Jodha accepts the reason and becomes happy. Man Bai comes to temple with Salim, to offer puja before marriage.

Man Bai meets Anarkali who is going to the mosque. She asks her the reason of choosing the life of a whore. Anarkali cannot explain it. She only says that her situation is too bad.

Anarkali wishes Man Bai for her marriage, but feels sorry as she thinks that Man is getting married to a heartless person. Man tells Salim that Anarkali is her friend and she was her make-up artist in Ajmer. She requests him to help Anarkali. Salim and Anarkali pretend being unknown to each other.

Haider regrets that his plan has flopped. He hoped that Anarkali would complain to Akbar against Salim and it will again create distance between the father and the son. But she has done no such thing.

Haider’s uncle encourages him to think something new. He thinks that Akbar has selected Anarkali as the court dancer and she will keep coming to the palace. So, Salim’s love or hatred will keep dragging him towards her. Haider thinks that he will keep reporting the matter to Akbar and take the benefit of the situation.

Akbar comes back from Kabul after political meeting with Mirza Hakim. He meets Salim and asks him whether he is happy after the announcement of engagement. Salim remains silent and looks grim.
