Jodha Akbar: Jodha Gets Success In Business Against All Odds

Jodha Akbar's July 21st episode: Rukaiya appoints two maids to open the windows of the storeroom to let the rainwater come into the storeroom. In the morning it is found that the spices are damaged by water. Rukaiya suggests that the business should be stopped, but Jodha is not ready to accept the failure. She vows that she will discover some way out and save the prestige of the Mughal Empire.

Akbar comes to Jodha’s room and sees that she has stopped eating due to excessive tension. He starts telling a story to elevate her mood; he tells the story of Lord Rama, who praised a squirrel for its effort in building up the bridge on the sea. Jodha’s face glows with a new idea. She quickly meets her manager King Todarmal.


Jodha tells Todarmal that sometimes little helps can do big wonder. She tells him to call the small farmers. Jodha requests the farmers to help her in this biggest crisis. The farmers take a time of two days, and gather the amount of fresh spices to compensate the loss.

Jodha works day and night with the help of Salima and Todarmal, to pack the spices and make them ready for export. Finally, she is able to export the spices to London. Akbar again honors Jodha by making her sit on the chair of the Harem Chief. Rukaiya fumes.

The Englishmen meet Murad and tells him that they will make him the next King, if he helps them in business. Murad starts dreaming about a bright future. He promises to help them in business.
