Jodha
Akbar's
July
24th
episode:
The
Englishmen
show
some
sketches
of
the
fire
weapons
designed
by
them;
Akbar
is
impressed.
He
gives
a
condition
that
the
weapons
will
not
be
sold
to
any
other
party,
if
the
Mughal
Empire
decides
to
buy
them.
The
traders
agree.
They
think
that
the
weapons
will
be
never
sold
actually!
Akbar
decides
to
return
to
Agra.
The
Englishmen
request
him
to
stay
for
one
more
day
and
go
for
hunting.
He
says
he
must
go
back,
because
the
works
of
administration
are
being
neglected.
But
the
Englishmen
keep
insisting
that
he
should
stay,
and
the
Emperor
agrees.
The
Englishmen
serve
wine
to
Akbar
and
his
team.
Akbar
starts
feeling
weak
from
the
next
day.
The
interpreter
informs
the
Englishmen
that
their
plan
has
worked.
The
poison
which
they
mixed
into
the
wine,
has
started
showing
its
reaction.
The
Englishmen
say
that
the
poison
will
damage
the
body
of
the
Emperor
and
kill
him
after
three
weeks.
And
the
most
important
thing
is
that
it
will
look
like
a
natural
death.
They
cheer
up
for
their
success.
Rukaiya
becomes
extremely
envious
of
the
elevation
in
Jodha’s
status.
She
decides
to
ruin
the
spice
business
which
is
the
key
source
of
Jodha’s
power.
In
the
darkness
of
night,
she
sets
the
spice
store
ablaze
with
a
big
lamp.
Jodha
tells
King
Todarmal
that
the
accidents
one
after
another,
the
spices
getting
wet
by
rainwater
and
the
store
catching
fire,
cannot
be
a
mere
coincidence.
She
doubts
that
someone
must
have
damaged
the
spices
intentionally.
Todarmal
and
Rahim
inform
Jodha
that
it
is
some
insider
who
has
set
the
store
on
fire,
as
the
circumstantial
evidences
indicate.
Jodha
shares
the
fact
with
Hamida.
Hamida
tells
her
to
stay
alert,
because
enemies
often
behave
like
friends!
So,
the
Emperor
is
poisoned
by
the
Englishmen
and
Rukaiya
is
desperate
to
finish
Jodha.
Will
this
love
story
come
to
an
end
soon?
