Jodha Akbar: Jodha’s Crisis Is Revealed To Others

Jodha Akbar June 23rd episode: Shahbuddin tries to provoke Murad against Salim. Rahim and Abul Fazal catch him red-handed!

Laboni again captures Jodha’s body and misbehaves with Moti. She goes to the royal feast to have some fun. As per custom, the royal ladies sit in the curtained area for dinner. Laboni looks at the plate of mutton with greedy eyes and cannot prevent herself from testing it. She comes out of the curtain, breaking all customs and almost pounces on the plate of mutton. The way she gorges the meat shocks everybody even more!

Akbar comes to Jodha’s room later and reprimands her for such a shameless act. Laboni’s spirit does not understand what a blunder she has done; she just says ‘sorry’ and tells Akbar to spend time with her. Akbar feels disgusted and leaves the room.

Akbar calls an urgent meeting on this issue. Hamida suggests that they should talk with Moti Bai as she is a childhood companion of Jodha. Moti reports that Jodha’s attitude is drastically changed in the last few days; it seems that some evil soul has captured Jodha’s body, opines Moti Bai.

Hamida and Salima think Moti is right. Hamida suggests the name of a woman who can deal with such cases. The woman is called soon; Hamida tells her everything about the incidents which took place in the last few days. The woman applies her knowledge and detects the presence of an evil spirit within the palace.

The woman says she needs to meet the Queen privately. She is taken to Jodha’s room by Hamida. Hamida tells Jodha that it is Akbar’s aunt who has come to meet her. Hamida leaves the room. The woman sits beside Jodha. Akbar, Hamida, Salima and Rukaiya keep watch on the situation. When the woman tries to overpower Laboni’s spirit, Laboni kills her! Akbar rushes into the room, Laboni pretends being innocent.
