Jodha
Akbar's
March
2nd
episode:
Even
after
being
warned
by
Jodha
and
the
top
officers,
Akbar
faces
the
agitated
mob
to
explain
his
decision
of
burning
the
fields.
He
tells
them
that
he
wanted
to
destroy
the
harmful
worms.
The
mob
refuses
to
hear
anything;
they
only
blame
Akbar
as
a
selfish
and
overconfident
king.
They
even
wish
his
death!
Someone
from
the
crowd
throws
a
sharp
weapon
which
hurts
Akbar
on
his
chest.
He
is
taken
for
treatment,
but
he
remains
tensed
about
the
situation
of
the
state.
It
is
informed
that
the
worms
are
spread
in
a
broader
part
of
the
kingdom.
Murad
informs
that
the
state
is
running
out
of
ration.
Moreover,
the
ship
which
was
bringing
ration
from
another
country,
has
sunk.
Salim
says
that
he
will
go
for
a
voyage
and
bring
ration
from
outer
countries,
even
though
the
sea
voyage
can
take
his
life!
Salim
tries
to
meet
Anarkali
before
he
leaves
Agra,
but
she
refuses
meeting
him
as
she
is
angry
over
the
issue
of
brothel
relief.
Salim
is
given
a
grand
farewell
by
his
family
members,
who
are
proud
of
his
sacrifice.
Mirza
Hakim
discusses
his
plans
with
Man
Singh.
He
narrates
how
his
men
are
agitating
the
common
people
of
the
state,
to
give
rise
to
a
revolt.
He
welcomes
Sharifuddin
in
his
den.
Man
Singh
is
surprised.
Sharifuddin
is
convinced
by
Mirza
that
Man
Singh
is
also
an
enemy
of
Akbar.
Sharif
tells
Mirza
that
his
confidant
Shah
Mansur
is
now
present
in
Akbar’s
close
circle,
to
leak
out
secret
information.
Man
Singh
becomes
pale!
The
Moulavi
suggests
that
Akbar
should
visit
Ajmer
Sharif
to
overcome
the
crisis
of
the
country.
Akbar
refuses
to
leave
Agra.
Hamida
says
that
she
will
do
it
for
the
welfare
of
the
country.
Akbar
again
hears
the
voice
of
the
divine
child
and
madly
searches
for
him!
