Jodha Akbar: Akbar To Face A New Danger?

Jodha Akbar May 12th episode: Akbar tells Jodha that Salim became rebellious and refused to accept the post of the Crown Prince, as he wanted to protest against Akbar’s decision of divorce. Jodha comes to Salim and scolds him for doing so. She tells him when parents fight among themselves, a child should support both of them.

Salim is surprised by Jodha’s logic. Jodha tells him that Akbar loves him immensely and he should never misunderstand him. Salim says that he would try to follow her advice. Jodha becomes happy to see that her son has started loving her again.

Rukaiya tells Hoshier that it does not bother her that Jalal has not divorced Jodha, because she knew it must have been some plan of Jalal. Better she would like to concentrate on Salim, to poison his mind against Jodha.

Salim is crowned as the next Emperor of India. Murad’s face shows that he is not happy. Adham Khan’s uncle takes the chance of poisoning Murad. Akbar is informed that the restrictions on Haj have been removed and people of the Mughal Kingdom will have no problem in going for Haj, the holiest duty for the pious Muslims.

Jodha tells Akbar that she has arranged a puja for the betterment of his relationship with Salim. The Royal Priest Pandit Badrinath completes the puja and explains the rituals to be followed for the next few days.

On the other hand Laboni, the woman whom Akbar met in the jungle, sits for puja with her mother to capture the Emperor. Laboni’s mother tells her that Akbar will be hers after the puja.
