Jodha Akbar: Laboni Is Saved From Being Exposed

Jodha Akbar May 28th episode: Jodha sees Akbar hugging Laboni from her back. She becomes shocked and alarms him. Akbar is shocked too when he discovers that he has embraced another woman, thinking it is Jodha. He begs Laboni’s pardon.

Laboni giggles and says she was just playing a prank! After she leaves the room, Akbar apologizes to Jodha. She smiles and says that she did not mind, as he did not do it intentionally. But of course she will mind, if he fails to identify her in the game, adds Jodha.

Prince Sangram Singh, who is the fiancée of Princess Leela, is welcomed to the Mughal palace. Laboni remains tensed as she cannot avoid facing Sangram. Jodha comes to her room and says there will be a game where the husband and the lover will identify their better halves without seeing their faces!

Jodha takes Laboni to the hall where the game is to be conducted. Jodha and Laboni stand amid a group of women. While all the women are under veils, Akbar and Sangram have to find their wives.

Akbar successfully identifies his Queen. When it is the turn of Sangram, Laboni becomes scared. Sangram opens her veil and calls her as ‘Leela’. Laboni is surprised. He says that he has identified her by the engagement ring.

Laboni’s mother puts a great effort in black magic, so that Laboni can be saved from the danger of being exposed. And she becomes successful. Sangram feels sick and excuses himself from the court of Akbar.

The black magician who could sense the presence of an evil power within the palace, tries to meet the Emperor, but the guards do not allow him to come inside. Murad remains angry with Akbar. Salima is tensed; she thinks Murad should never come to know that he is not her own child.
