Meri Aashiqui Tum Se Hi: After Urmila Sukirtn & Manisha Kanojia, Now Gauri Pradhan Quits The Show

Actors in Meri Aashiqui Tum Se Hi (MATSH) are on a ‘quitting' spree. After Urmila Sukirt (Parul) was replaced by Charu Mehra; and Manisha Kanojia (Chaitali) was by Roma Navani, Now it's Gauri Pradhan who is quitting the show. She played the role of Falguni Parekh, mother of the main lead Ishaani (Radhika Madan) in the serial.

Gauri, who got famous with television show Kutumb and Kyonki Saans Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi, quit the famous Ekta Kapoor's show MATSH. After Kumkum, where she did a long cameo as Aditti along with her husband Hiten Tejwani, she took a long break. After five years of break, she made a comeback with the popular show MATSH, where she has been seen with her husband.

Gauri accepted the role of a mother thinking, she would have a scope to perform. With the entry of her hubby Hiten (Nitin), she also thought there would be focus on them but since nothing as such happened, she decided to quit. And it was an amicable decision.

TOI quoted a source as saying, "She had agreed to play mother to the lead actress only because she thought it would be a meaty role and would have scope to perform." The source further added, "After Hiten Tejwani (her husband in real life) entered the show, she felt that things would improve and the focus would be on them. But since that too didn't happen, she decided to opt out and the production house too agreed to end her role. It was an amicable decision."

According to TOI, in the upcoming episode, Ishaani's mother Falguni (played by Gauri) will die. Well, this is another twist, which definitely is going hurt the already shattered Ishaani. Let's wait and watch the reason for her death, given by the makers of the show.
