Meri Aashiqui Tum Se Hi: Will Hiten Tejwani Quit The Show Like His Wife Gauri Pradhan?

Actors in Meri Aashiqui Tum Se Hi (MATSH) are on a 'quitting' spree. After Urmila Sukirt, Manisha Kanojia and Gauri Pradhan, now it looks Hiten Tejwani too will join the group.

Hiten plays the role of main lead Ishaani's (Radhika Madan) father Nitin in the show, while his real life wife Gauri played the role of Falguni Parekh, mother of Ishaani in the serial. Now that Gauri has quit the show, Hiten too feels the makers will end his track as his track was connected to Gauri's.

Hiten's wife Gauri had accepted the role of a mother thinking she would have a scope to perform. With the entry of her hubby Hiten (Nitin), she also thought there would be focus on them but since nothing as such happened, she decided to quit. She was shown dead in the show.

Hiten was quoted by TOI as saying, "It is as good as quitting the show because my track is hardly there. I have not yet quit but I guess they would end my track as Gauri is no longer part of the show and my character was connected to hers."

Previously, Urmila, who played the role of Parul was replaced by Charu Mehra and Manisha Kanojia who played the role of Chaitali was replaced by Roma Navani.

There are many other characters who have almost vanished in the show. Disha, who played the role of Ishaani's sister, was shown ditching her husband and going away from family to peruse her dreams. Sharman, who played Ishaani's brother, was seen on and off on the show.

It should be seen who else along with Hiten are planning to quit the show!
