SHOCKER: Ruhi Aka Ruhanika Dhawan To Quit Yeh Hai Mohabbatein!

Yeh Hai Mohabbatein's most popular child artist - Ruhanika Dhawan, who is playing Ruhi on the show, is reportedly going to quit the Star Plus show due to her studies.

"Ruhi is concentrating on her studies now. As she is in another grade now, her study load has also increased. She comes only on the weekends to shoot and that too not for long hours."

"She also won't be seeing Romi's (Aly Goni) wedding as we shot the sequence in weekday and Ruhi wasn't available. As much as we want Ruhi to be part of the show we can't expect it to take a toll from her studies," a source from the production house said.

Ruhi has been one of the biggest reasons for the success of the show. The story between Ishita (Divyanka Tripathi) and her was the main reason for the show's popularity in the initial days. The viewers of the show love her role as much as they love Ishita and Raman. Her exit might not be a welcome change among the viewers.

Yeh Hai Mohabbatein's previous track was dealing with Ruhi and Aditya and their custody battle between antagonist Shagun (Anita Hassanandani) and the lead roles - Ishita and Raman (Karan Patel). And when the track ended, the makers of the show considered taking a leap but decided otherwise, later.

Now with Ruhi's studies at stake the actress most probably will be leaving the show after a leap. Let's wait and watch how the show makes the transition and who will replace her as the new Ruhi.
