Yeh Hai Mohabbatein: Ishita To Get Justice At Last?

Yeh Hai Mohabbatein April 9th episode: Pathak comes to the Bhalla house and tells Ishita that the court has issued a restrain order on Ishita’s communication with Ruhi, as insisted by Shagun. Ishita tells Pathak to arrange a meeting with the judge.

Raman, Ishita, Shagun and the lawyers attend the court to talk over Ruhi’s custody case. When Shagun and Ishita argue over their rights, Sujata comes to the court and asks Shagun’s lawyer who were involved in shifting Ruhi’s custody. She tells the judge that she works for women and children welfare and she will fight for Ishita in this case.

The lawyer answers that the deal was made by Raman and Shagun. Sujata says that Ishita is Ruhi’s joint custodian by the order of the court. So, no one can shift Ruhi’s custody without Ishita’s consent and signature.

The judge asks Shagun’s lawyer about his opinion; he asks for some time. The judge accepts the appeal and says that Shagun will have Ruhi’s custody till the case is solved, but the restriction order on Ishita will be dismissed.

Ishita thanks Sujata outside the court room; Shagun comes and says that she will not give Ruhi’s custody to anyone. Sujata warns Shagun that her shrewdness can become the reason of her defeat. Ishita takes Sujata to the Bhalla house where the lady meets the Bhalla and the Iyer families.

Raman remains angry with Ishita for her harsh words. Bala goes to take ice cream for Bandita. A car abruptly clashes with his car; he gets down and rebukes the driver. A man comes out; Bala becomes shocked seeing him.
