Yeh Hai Mohabbatein's Ishita (Divyanka Tripathi) and Raman (Karan Patel) are over the moon with the news about the former's pregnancy. Their world is soon going to come crashing down when Ishita will lose her pregnancy. Ishita will suffer a miscarriage which will break both her and Raman's hopes and shatter their dreams in the upcoming episodes.

The current track on the show has Ishita getting pregnant. Though the couple try to keep it a secret, their family get to know about this and will be seen fussing over Ishita and her baby. The pregnancy news has brought joy to the families but made Ishita's dream of becoming a mother come true.
