Yeh Hai Mohabbatein's latest spoiler says the Bhalla family get a paternity test done on Shagun's (Anita Hassanandani) child and the results shock them and shatters Ishita's (Divyanka Tripathi) heart to pieces. The paternity test proves Raman (Karan Patel) is the father of the baby Shagun is carrying.

Upcoming sequence of Yeh Hai Mohabbatein will have Ishita and the rest of the family realising the shocking information that says Shagun is pregnant with Raman's child. But what they do not know is that Ishita is the mother of the same child.
