Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai has its bigger twist now, which will be followed by a leap. The upcoming episode will have their favourite Akshara (Hina Khan) thrown out of the house, which will lead to separation from Naitik (Karan Mehra) and other family members!

In the recent episode, we saw the family busy with Muskhan's post marriage functions and none would be around Daddaji, who will fall down from the bed while trying to have water. Daddaji will be shown admitted to hospital and doctors will mention his stage as sensitive.

Daddaji, who is suffering from Alzheimer's, would go to comma and will reach a critical condition as his organs fails to respond.. In the begining because of families' suggestions, Babhi Maa agrees not to go to swamiji, who would be referred by Rukmini. But later she falls prey for the same babaji to save Daddaji. Though Singhania family is upset with this, they agree to let her free as they wanted Babhi maa's happiness.

In the upcoming episode, we will see Akshara taking some critical decisions, for the sake of Daddaji's good health as the doctors lose hope on his survival. But these decisions would backfire and will lead to Daddaji's death. Broken by his death, Babhi maa thinks that Akshara is responsible and throws her out of the house. Seeing this the family members will be shocked but helpless.

Post leap Akshara will be shown In Cape Town, separated from Sighania family. Naksh and Naira will be shown grown-ups. The family will be all lost until Naitik gets Akshara back to Udaipur.
