Beyhadh Review: Jennifer Winget Is Back With A Bang; Aneri Vajani & Kushal Tandon Are Impressive!

The most awaited show Beyhadh was premiered yesterday (October 11) on Sony TV. As we saw in the promos, Jennifer Winget steals the show, while Aneri Vajani and Kushal Tandon are quite impressive.

After Saraswatichandra, Jennifer had taken a plunge in to Bollywood. She was not seen on TV for a while. Now, she is back with a bang with Beyhadh, and we must say, she kills it with her 'different role' on the show.

We had already reported that Jennifer is playing a negative role, Maya, for the first time. Aneri and Kushal play the best friends, Saanjh and Arjun, respectively. Maya is a business woman, who is daring, bold and beautiful. She is seen upset about something, which is yet to be revealed on the show.

In the first episode, the makers have shown, how the three characters are linked. Saanjh and Arjun are seen celebrating the Ganesha festival, while Maya comes to the place and prays to the God. Arjun notices her and calls her a rich girl who is enjoying the father's money, while Aneri notices Maya crying.

Maya is also shown supporting her mother, who is shattered as her husband doesn't turn up for dinner, as usual. Maya is too upset, seeing her mother sad. She breaks her mother's ring, and asks her to be happy and not to wait for the man she loves. This shows Maya is not emotional, at least about love.

In the next scene, Arjun would take 'panga' with Maya by parking his vehicle in her 'allotted' place. He is not aware that Maya is his boss. Arjun attends the interview and reveals to Aneri that how daring and a strong-headed woman, her boss - Maya is, while Maya is shown scared of a man, which is yet to be revealed!

Well, we must say, the show has created a curiosity in its first episode itself.

To know the show's fate, we will have to wait and watch a few more episodes. It all depends on how the show progress.
