Ek Tha Raja Ek Thi Rani Takes A Leap; Meet The New Raja & Rani – Eisha Singh & Sartaj Gill…

Zee TV's Ek Tha Raja Ek Thi Rani takes a 12 year leap. Eisha Singh, who was last seen on the show Ishq Ka Rang Safed, is seen as Kunwari Rani Indravadan Singh Deo - Gayatri and Rana's daughter; while Sartaj Gill, who was last seen in Begusarai, will be seen playing the role of Raja Baja - Maharaja Kaal and Rani Ambika's son.

In the recent episode, Rani is seen catching a bus to Ameerkot. She recalls the incident with Dadu (Raj Mata) - How she made Raj Mata drink rice water, instead of a juice. Raj Mata blesses Rani to study well and get a good husband. Apparently, Raaj Mata is in a shock over Baba's death and doesn't remember the basti; she just identifies herself as a Raj Mata of some place, who lived royally!

Rani also recalls her conversation with her Hema (maid), where she tells the maid how determined she is to study in a high profile college. She says that although she got an entry to the college through scholarship, she will save every penny to survive in the place.

Recalling Dadu's words, Rani, who is in the bus, will be seen cursing the irresponsible boys, while Raja will be introduced as the winner of a jeep race! Raja is portrayed as a spoilt brat.

Rani asks Raja the route to the university and he makes her go to the wrong person. He makes Rani pay their (Raja and his friends) food bill. Rani is upset with the loss that she had, as soon as she entered the university!

In the upcoming episode, Rani will be seen stopping Raja from forcing the warden to allot the last room of the hostel to his friend which was reserved for the topper, Gayatri.
