These Gorgeous Pictures Of Debina Bonnerjee Will Make Your Jaw Drop!

Typical Bengali Beauty Debina Bonnerjee, who was last seen in Yam Hain Hum, will soon be seen as a cop in Bhakton Ki Bhakti Mein Shakti. This is a supernatural TV series based in her hometown Kolkata.

This is the first time that Debina will be seen as a cop on screen and she is pretty excited about it. Usually spotted wearing sarees and Indian wear on-screen, Debina feels this role will be interesting. She shared her excitement with a leading entertainment portal.

She told, "Not that you get to play a cop everyday and on top of that Calcutta police that I've seen since childhood. Their dress code being the smartest of all. No khaki, no blue uniform... It is all white. Also, this is not a long commitment as we are shooting a short story so I took it on."

Debina's first ever outing on TV was Ramayan, which aired on NDTV Imagine in 2008. She played the role of Sita in the show and soon gained popularity. She subsequently appeared in a number of TV shows. Debina also appeared in a few films down south.

Debina married Gurmeet Choudhary, her co-star from Ramayan in 2011. They fell in love during the shooting of their show and dated for a few years, before they decided to get hitched.

Debina and Gurmeet ended as runner-ups in the Dance Reality show, Nach Baliye Season 6. This bubbly actress was also one of the finalists of Khatron Ke Khiladi Season 5.
