In Jana Na Dil Se Door, Atharv (Vikran Singh Chauhan) had lost his memory, as Kailash's goons hit him on his head. The fate brings Atharv and Ravish (Shashank Vyas) - step-brothers closer. It has to be recalled that Kailash gets Vividha (Shivani Surve) married to Ravish against her wish. Now, all three of them - Atharv, Ravish and Vividha are in the same house!

In the upcoming episodes, Ravish sacrifices his love for his brother, Atharv. Now, Vividha will be seen in a dilemma - whom to accept - Atharv (her love) or Ravish (her husband)?
Story So Far...
Meanwhile, a tragedy hit the family with Vividha's sister Guddi's death. Just when they were dealing with the case, Ravish's enemy Zeenat enters the house to take revenge on Ravish and his family, as Ravish would have killed Zeenat's husband.
Terrorists attack the Vashist family, who fight with them. Ravish rescues his family on time, but both Ravish and Atharv get hurt during the fight. While Ravish escape with a minor injury, Atharv's condition gets serious, as he would be hit on his head at the same place, where the Kailash's goons had hurt him before!
The hospital, in which Atharv was being treated, gets damaged by an explosion. Meanwhile, Suman saves Atharv from getting hurt. Suman in turn gets hurt; while Sujatha takes doctors help for dressing Suman's wound!
