At the recently held Zee Gold Awards 2016 (June 9), much to everyone's surprise Kasam actor Sharad Malhotra walked hand-in-hand on the red carpet along with his girlfriend Pooja Bisht!

Sharad looked dapper in a navy blue jacket while his gorgeous girlfriend looked elegant in a black gown. Both looked very happy in each other's company and Sharad was all smiles as he introduced his girlfriend to the paparazzi! Pooja, also revealed that it is she who selected his clothes for the evening!

There were a lot of speculations about them dating, as the pictures of the duo have been doing rounds on the social media for quite sometime now.

But, now it's official that he is dating model-actress Pooja Bisht of 'Splitsvilla' fame. Sharad even confirmed the news recently. Apparently, they know each other since 8 months.

He told to a leading entertainment portal that, "We are getting to know each other and have great compatibility. Pooja is undemanding and easy-going. I am not into flings. I am dating her and taking each day as it comes." Well, this should put all speculations to rest at least now.

Sharad even won the Best Popular Jodi award at the ceremony for his performance as Rishi Bedi in Kasam along with his co-star Kratika Sengar. The show has been getting rave reviews and Sharad's performance has been highly appreciated by the audiences.

This handsome actor was earlier in relationship with the television actress Divyanka Tripathi before they broke up last year. But, he has always maintained that he genuinely wish her all the best for her future.
