Sneak Peek: When The Media Tried To Gatecrash Siddhant-Megha's Engagement...

Lovebirds Siddhant Karnick and Megha Gupta exchanged the rings on 12th May at the US Club, Colaba.

The ceremony was a very close-knit affair with only family members and close friends in attendance. Very few friends from the TV fraternity were invited for the occasion.

Even the guests refused to talk about the occasion as the couple wanted it to be a private affair. But, the media tried to capture the pictures of the event much to the couple's dismay.

They were even seen waiting patiently hoping that the couple would come and pose for the pictures. Alas! That did not happen. Siddhant and Megha ignored the media completely.

Soon, the things started turning sour. It so happened that the Navy police officers reached the venue since the area is under the defence headquarters and asked them to leave. When the media refused to obey, the officers threatened to confiscate the cameras and other equipments.

With no option left, the poor media personnel had to leave empty handed. Totally disappointed, they shared their views with a leading entertainment portal.

The media told, "It is understandable that some people like to keep their affairs close and private. But rather than getting us bullied, the couple could have just come out, given us some pics and enjoyed their party. We have no personal obligations; we only wanted to capture the visuals for their fans. As celebs, they should sometime accede to their fans' requests."

But the couple seems to be unaffected by this and are currently in the seventh heaven.

Siddhant tweeted a good morning message two days ago by saying that :
"Good morning my lovelies. Been out of action because of a prior(ity) engagement. Be back soon with pictures and more. Thank u 4 ur love"

It is true that the fans are waiting for the couple to share the pictures from their special day. This message seems to be a hint that the couple might share the pictures on social media.

Megha too, shared her excitement on Instagram. She posted by saying that:
" He took my heart.. So I am taking his last name. Meet my fiance - Siddhant Karnick. Sealed the deal on 12.5.16." Well, that's a lovely message indeed!

We hope that the cute couple will not leave their fans disappointed and would share the pictures soon.
