Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai:Naksh Brings Akshara-Naira Closer; Naira & Gayu Fall In Love With Karthik

In Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, the Singhania family members are trying their best to get Akshara (Hina Khan) and Naira closer. Akshara, on her side, is leaving no stone unturned to pamper her daughter. She also tries to clear Naira's misunderstanding by explaining to her the past (incident), but in vain.

Naira is in no mood to accept her mother Akshara, who is completely shattered. Even Naitik (Karan Mehra) feels that his daughter should be given some more time, as forcing her to accept Akshara may worsen the situation.

In the previous episode, we saw Karthik (Naira's Rishikesh friend) coming to the Singhania house to meet Naitik (unaware of Naira being his daughter). He meets Gayu and praises her designs. He also tries to flirt with her.

Karthik also meets Akshara and is shocked to see her in the Singhania house. He later, gets to know that Akshara is his boss, Naitik's wife. He tries to impress Akshara for the job, but the latter asks him not to try these tricks, as Naitik only judges one by their work.

Naira sees Karthik in her house and is shocked. On getting to know that Karthik works for her father, she tells him that she can make her father throw him out of the job. The duo get into a fight, and they stop only when Gayu interferes.

Naitik is impressed with Karthik's work. Karthik, who is worried about his job, asks Naitik to judge him only by looking at his present work, and not by his past deeds.

Meanwhile, the family tries to show how much Akshara loves Naira, by showing her the items that Akshara has preserved. But, Naira insults by telling them that her ashram kids are in need of them and packs them!
