In Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, the police believes that an inebriated Kartik (Mohsin Khan) has caused a car accident that injured Akshara. Although Akshara's dead body is not found, the police declare her dead, as they believe that no one can survive after falling off the cliff!

Kartik's Parents Visit Kartik
In the upcoming episode, Kartik's parents visit him at the hospital. As we saw in the previous episode, Kartik is angry, seeing his parents at the hospital.
Suvarna Upset
Although Kartik's father Manish warn Kartik's mother Suvarna, not to come to the hospital, she visits Kartik. On seeing Kartik's condition, Suvarna gets upset.

Manish doesn't want accident case to be registered on Kartik's name, while Suvarna decides to meet Akshara's family.
Kartik's Chacha & Chachi
Kartik's uncle and aunt stop Suvarna from meeting Akshara's family. They tell Suvarna that the family will be heartbroken with Akshara's death. They also say that Akshara meant a lot to the family!
Kartik To Run Away From Hospital
Meanwhile, not seeing Naira at the hospital, Kartik decides to meet her. He runs away from the hospital. It has to be seen if Kartik will be successful in meeting Naira and how she will react.

The recent promo shows, Naira is shattered with Akshara's death. She lights the diya in front of Akshara's photo and apologises to her for her mistakes. She apologises that she couldn't spend much time with her after she came to know her reality!

Naira recalls all the happy moments with Kartik and goes to the hospital. But, she will also recall the police's words that he might have killed Akshara, and gets upset.
Kartik's chacha and chachi stop Naira from meeting Kartik. They lie to her that Kartik is still unconscious. They also ask Naira about Akshara, and Naira tells them that they haven't found her yet.
When Naira doesn't listen to Kartik's uncle, and rushes to meet Kartik, Kartik's father Manish (a business tycoon) stops her from meeting Kartik. He speaks to her rudely.
