No doubt Bigg Boss 10 contestants Manveer Gujjar won millions of hearts and bagged the trophy. But, looks like, he has disappointed a few of his fans post his win!
It has to be recalled that Manveer had revealed to Bani inside the Bigg Boss 10 house that he is married and has a kid. He had even said 'Hi' to his daughter. But, when he was asked about his marriage, initially he didn't bother to respond. Later, he said that he isn't married. It is recently that he has accepted that he is married and has a daughter.
Manveer also said that all is not well between him and his wife! It was his discrepancies in statements that led to a debate among his fans. While a few of them didn't bother whether he is married or not, but some of his fans were hurt that he lied! We had also revealed shocking details of Manveer. Manveer Puts An End To His Marriage Speculations
In an interview to a leading daily, Manveer said, "I should put an end to all speculations by telling everyone that yes, I did get married in 2014. For the first five or six months, things were going fine, but after that, it all went downhill. It was her decision to separate from me in 2015."
His Wife’s Family Tried To Patch Things Up!
He added that after he returned from the Bigg Boss house, his wife's family tried to patch things up. It is because of this, that he was hesitant to talk about his marriage.
Manveer Had Clarified In A Video, Which Was Recorded In The Hospital
It has to be recalled that he was recently hospitalised. He was suffering from food poisoning. He had shared a video on social networking site that featured him accepting the fact that he is married.
Manveer’s Troubled Marriage
Manveer added, "My terms with her have been quite bad for the last year-and-a-half. There has been a lot of name-calling, emotional blackmailing, and several things that weren't too nice."
Manveer Doesn’t Want To Reveal Much
"I wouldn't want to get into the details because I do not want to indulge in mudslinging in public. Now, after my return, they have been trying for reconciliation."
Manveer’s Wife Is Back
"She is back at my house, but I don't know where it will go from here. I did not want to say anything on this before because I was trying to figure out the best course of action."
He Clarifies That They Didn’t Hide To Get Votes From Girls
He also clarified that his marriage was not hidden. Manveer was quoted as saying, "My wedding was not hidden from the makers of the show. We did not hide it to get votes from girls. We didn't even know if I would survive a week in the show, so how could we make such strategies? I just didn't think that it was relevant to the public so I didn't talk about it."
He Had Mentioned In BB House About Marriage & Daughter
"I mentioned that I had a daughter (Aashi) on the show also, but I think everyone thought it was a joke. If I had something to hide, why would I mention this?"
Manveer’s Family Members’ Statements
It has to be recalled that there was differences in his family members' statements as well. While his mother said that he wasn't married, his uncle accepted that he was married three years ago. He accepts that it was wrong for to deny about the marriage.
Why His Family Tried To Hide His Marriage?
"Initially, my family tried to dismiss the video and pictures as fake because they were trying to shield me from negativity. We are not celebrities. Yeh sab naya hai hamare liye. It gets difficult to handle, which is why some wrong calls were taken."

It has to be recalled that Manveer's bhabhi had said that they do not want a girl like Nitibha for Manveer. Even his brother echoed the same and added that they are okay with them just being friends.
