Star Plus' thriller show, 'Koi Laut Ke Aaya Hai' starring Surbhi Jyoti and Shoaib Ibrahim in the lead roles as Geetanjali and Abhimanyu respectively, is one of the most talked about shows of late all thanks to its intriguing storyline, superb performances and electrifying chemistry of the lead actors.

The show has managed to fetch some good numbers for the channel. For the uninitiated, the show is a finite series and we had reported earlier that the it will wrap up sooner than expected. However, Sreejita De, who plays the role of Kavya in the show, denied all the reports.

Star Plus' upcoming period drama, Aarambh has been in the pipeline for a long time. However, it was indefinitely postponed because of the lack of timeslot. The show starring veteran actress Tanuja, Rajniesh Duggal and Karthika Nair in pivotal roles, will reportedly hit the screens in June.

According to the reports, "The show will air on Star Plus and one of the reasons Aarambh was postponed earlier was the lack of a slot for it. But now the channel has decided that it will not keep Tanuja waiting any longer. Aarambh will replace the thriller series Koi Laut Ke Aaya Hai starring Surbhi Jyoti and Shoaib Ibrahim."

If reports are to be believed, Aarambh will take the audiences back to the era of Aryans and Dravidians. The shooting has begun after a customary puja on the sets. The series has been penned by Baahubali writer Vijayendra Prasad and will be directed by Goldie Behl. The show is touted to be finite series of 80 episodes.
