Kapoor managed to bring two iconic characters - Parvati &
Tulsi together. She recently shared a selfie snapped with Smriti
Irani and Sakshi Tanwar.
Apparently, Ekta and Sakshi were in Delhi for ALT Balaji's
launch and later, they met Smriti. Sharing the picture Ekta wrote,
"Two stalwarts ! D twains meet in delhi."
It has to be recalled that Both Smriti and Sakshi had begun
their career with Ekta's most popular shows - Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi
Bahu Thi and Kahaani Ghar Ghar Ki. While Smriti played the role of
Tulsi on KSBKBT, Sakshi played the role of Parvati in KGGK.
Sakshi continues her television journey, while Smriti has moved
on from acting to politics. Sakshi will also be seen in Ekta
Kapoor's web series Karrle Tu Bhi Mohabbat opposite Ram Kapoor.
Sakshi and Ram's Bade Acche Lagte Hai was liked so much by the
audiences that they are waiting to watch the couple again on screen
Sakshi was also seen in the launch of Ekta's new venture ALT
Balaji, which happened in Delhi. Regarding her new show, Sakshi was
quoted by a leading daily as saying, "We are confident about the
show because we have same audience like before, it was our destiny
we got so much of hype in the past."
Ekta said, "As a producer last year, we didn't have a good
experience, so we decided to come up with something, so here we
are. This is the very first time I am shooting for shorter
episodes; there will be series less than 20 episodes, which will
definitely explore some never seen before stuff."
