who
rose

fame
with
youth
television
series,
Kaisi
Yeh
Yaariyan
has
been
booked
by
the
Mumbai
Police
on
Molestation
charges
yesterday
(April
23).
The
complaint
was
filed
by
a
20-year-old
model,
who
accused
him
of
molestation
at
the
Bangur
Nagar
police
station,
which
is
where
the
actor
is
currently
booked
under
under
Sections
8
and
12
of
the
POCSO
Act.
The
complainant
also
issued
a
second
statement
by
saying
that
the
actor
had
also
molested
her
four
years
ago.
An
FIR
has
been
filed
against
him
in
the
month
of
March
under
the
section
354
A
of
the
Indian
Penal
Code.
As
per
the
reports
by
a
leading
entertainment
portal,
"In
the
FIR,
which
was
filed
in
March,
the
model
states
that
Parth
Samthaan
misbehaved
with
her
and
that
she
began
receiving
"insulting
and
shameful" calls
from
men
asking
for
"favours".
"She
also
added
that
he
and
his
friends
shared
her
details
on
WhatsApp,
adding
that
they
had
called
her
"easy" and
labelled
her
character
as
being
bad.
She
alleged
that
they
said
they
would
target
16-year-old
girls."
In
her
statement,
she
went
on
to
say
that,
Parth
had
proposed
to
her
several
times
but
she
had
refused.
She
told,
"After
returning
from
a
party
in
an
alcoholic
state,
Parth
misbehaved
with
me.
After
which
I
stopped
contact
with
him
for
some
time
and
he
really
apologised
and
as
we
have
been
friends
for
years,
I
decided
to
forgive
him
for
the
behaviour
but
soon
after
that,
I
started
getting
insulting
and
shameful
calls
from
boys
who
would
want
favours
from
me."
She
even
accused
him
of
leaking
her
pictures.
As
per
the
report,
no
arrest
has
been
made
as
the
actor
has
moved
the
Dindoshi
court
seeking
anticipatory
bail.
