Keith Sequeira & Sanjeeda Sheikh Recreate Shahrukh Khan & Kajol’s Song ‘Suraj Hua Maddham’

Keith Sequeira and Sanjeeda Sheikh have recreated Shahrukh Khanand Kajol's song 'Suraj Hua Maddham' from the film Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham for their upcoming Star Plus' show Love Ka Hai Intezaar.

Keith and Sanjeeda will be seen romancing in the song 'Utre naa maahi rang' in the backdrop of a desert.

The producer of the show Siddharth Malhotra was quoted by IANS as saying, "'Suraj hua maddham' is a landmark song both visually and as a composition altogether. The visuals epitomise love as you start to think of a couple amidst grand backdrops. Our creative team wanted to create something which emanated a similar impact."

He further added, "Inevitably, we approached the creator of the original song, Sandesh Shandilya and are glad he came up with an original track 'Utre naa maahi rang' for our show."

The show was initially titled 'Kya Tu Meri Laage'. The team had already started shooting in Rajasthan. Apparently, the lead actors had even attended workshops. Along with Keith and Sanjeeda, the show will also star Siya Ke Ram actress Sara Khan.

This will be Keith's comeback as a lead after a long time. He was last seen on Doli Armaano Ki. Keith was previously seen on the reality show Bigg Boss along with his fiancée Rochelle Rao.
