Nach Baliye 8 To Hit Hit The TV Screens Soon; Show To Come Back With A New Format!

Nach Baliye has been entertaining the audiences since its inception. The couple dance reality show which airs on Star Plus has had a successful run so far, in all the 7 seasons and the 8th season is expected to hit the televsion screens soon.

The show features celebrity couples who are pitted against each other on the dance floor. The show which was launched a decade ago, became an instant hit with the masses. The couples are given a different theme every week and scores are given by the judges. Every week, the couple is eliminated based on public voting and scores from the judges.

Some of the popular names such as ace choreographer Saroj Khan, Malaika Arora Khan, Vaibhavi Merchant, Shilpa Shetty, Farhan Akhtar, Preity Zinta, Sajid Khan and Farah Khan have graced the judges' panel in the previous seasons.

After the stupendous success of the previous seasons, expectations from the upcoming season is undoubtedly skyhigh! The latest buzz is that BBC India, which is currently handling Jhalak Dikkhla Jaa will be handling the upcoming season of Nach Baliye.

With this, BBC India will takeover the contract from Ekta Kapoor's Balaji telefilms and Frames Productions, who produced the show in the previous season.

As per the reports by a leading entertainment portal, speculations are rife that the show might go ahead with the format of 'Shriman Shrimati'. However, there is no official confirmation yet.
