WEDDING PICS: Navya Actress Soumya Seth Ties The Knot With Arun Kapoor

Soumya Seth, who debuted on television with her show, Navya-Naye Dhadkan Naye Sawaal alongside Shaheer Sheikh, married to long time beau Arun Kapoor on January 15.

The marriage was a close-knit ceremony that was held in the US at the Westin Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort. Soumya looked beautiful in red lehenga.

Apparently, Arun is a filmmaker and a travel buff like her. Arun and Soumya were also seen holidaying post their enagement.

After a few shows, she had taken a long break and was back with Ashoka. Apparently, Soumya will continue to work in the industry as her fiance too is from the same industry.

In an interview to an entertainment portal Soumya had said about her man. She was quoted as saying, "The day I find him, I'll tell you. Actually, any guy I can be proud to introduce to my family..."

The actress continued, " ...‘coz they are my lifeline and support. So their approval is absolutely necessary. I've not met a guy like that yet."

Soumya is yet to share her marriage picture. But, she had shared a few picture of her fiancé on the social media. She had posted a picture snapped with her fiancé and wrote, "We rise in love ..#SOAR #us #forever."

Sharing one of the picture snapped with Arun, she wrote, "I woke up in love this morning...Do dreams come true, well if they do, I'll have you...Not just for a night, but for my whole life through."

There were reports that Soumya got secretly engaged to Arun in mid-2016. The Roka ceremony was a private affair. It was attended by only family members.

Soumya had confirmed about her engagement. She was quoted by a leading daily as saying, "Yes, we had a roka ceremony. I met Arun during my three months trip to US. We became friends and eventually fell in love."

A few months ago, when she was asked about the marriage, she had said, "No not any time soon. We want to spend time some time together and want to know more about each other."

Soumya was recently seen in Colors' show Chakravartin Ashoka Samrat, in which she played the role of Kaurwaki. She had also done a few other shows prior Ashoka like - Dil Ki Nazar Se Khoobsurat (Aaradhya), Yeh Hai Aashiqui (Sara Hussain) and had hosted a show MTV Webbed.

Apparently, the actress had began her career with a special appearance in the Bollywood film Om Shanti Om. She was seen as one of the audience in Rishi Kapoor's dance performance.
