Kaisi
Yeh
Yaariyan
actor
Parth
Samthaan
has
been
in
news
for
wrong
reasons.
The
Dindoshi
sessions
court
has
rejected
his
anticipatory
bail
plea,
who
was
booked
for
molesting
a
20-year-old
aspiring
model.
Apparently,
Parth,
who
had
applied
for
anticipatory
bail,
didn't
turn
up
on
Friday.
So
the
court
had
ordered
him
to
be
present
at
court
on
Saturday.
According
to
report,
the
actor's
lawyer
told
the
court
that
Parth
was
unwell.
He
was
suffering
from
a
heat
stroke
and
thus,
could
not
be
not
in
court.
But,
as
per
reports,
Parth
was
in
Delhi.
Hence,
the
court
also
ordered
to
take
the
actor
under
custody.
Falguni
Brahmbhatt,
the
lawyer
of
the
model,
was
quoted
by
an
entertainment
portal
as
saying,
"Yes,
Parth's
bail
has
been
rejected.
His
lawyer
made
a
submission
in
the
court
that
his
client
was
medically
unfit,
but
actually,
Parth
was
in
Delhi
posing
for
pictures.
He
failed
to
appear
before
the
court
though
he
was
directed
to
remain
present
(SIC)."
It
has
to
be
recalled
that
the
model
had
accused
him
of
molestation.
She
has
alleged
that
Parth
had
molested
her
when
she
was
16
years
old.
The
actor
was
booked
for
molestation
under
section
354
of
the
Indian
Penal
Code
in
March.
The
actor
is
currently
booked
under
the
POCSO
(protection
of
children
from
sexual
offences
act)
by
the
Bangur
Nagar
police.
Parth
had
issued
a
statement
to
media
denying
the
molestation
charges.
