Swaragini
actor
Namish
Taneja
was
depressed
as
he
was
robbed
of
belongings
worth
Rs
4
lakhs.
According
to
reports
from
a
leading
daily,
the
actor
lost
cash,
his
earnings,
gold
jewellery,
and
a
newly
purchased
mobile
phone,
on
Sunday
(January
29).
Namish
shared
the
article
on
his
social
networking
site
and
wrote,
"Its
really
sad
n
depressing,
when
someone
steals
our
hard
earned
money.
#gotrobbed
😐."
Apparently,
Namish
and
his
sister
jointly
own
a
boutique.
They
had
recently
set
up
a
stall
in
Lokhandwala
exhibition,
where
a
girl
stole
their
belongings.
Fortunately,
the
actor
had
the
CCTV
footage.
He
has
submitted
the
same
and
filed
an
FIR
in
Oshiwara
police
station
(Mumbai).
Namish
was
quoted
by
the
leading
daily
as
saying,
"My
sister
was
at
the
counter.
As
we
had
to
give
the
rent
for
the
stall,
we
had
withdrawn
Rs
50,000
from
the
bank.
We
had
kept
the
money
in
the
bag,
which
had
some
gold
ornaments
along
with
some
earnings
from
the
stall
and
a
mobile
phone."
He
added,
"A
group
of
four
ladies
visited
our
stall.
One
of
the
ladies
then
stole
the
bag,
which
was
kept
on
the
counter,
while
my
sister
was
busy
with
the
others.
Thankfully,
I
got
the
CCTV
footage
of
the
exit
door.
It
was
visible
in
the
footage
that
one
of
the
ladies,
was
carrying
my
sister's
bag.
It's
really
sad
when
someone
steals
our
hard-earned
money."
We
hope
the
actor
gets
back
his
hard
earned
money
and
his
belongings
soon!
