In Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, Kartik (Mohsin Khan) is madly in love with Naira (Shivangi Joshi). Dadi feels Kartik doesn't listen to anyone, but Naira. Seeing Kartik and Naira together, Kartik's Dadi decides to get them married. She also convinces Manish to accept the marriage proposal as she feels that it is only way to save the family's reputation.
But, in reality, Kartik's Dadi and Manish hate Naira. It is only Suvarna, who understands Naira and Kartik's feelings. But, Kartik doesn't like his step-mom Suvarna and father Manish. Naira & Kartik On A Video Call
According to Dadi's strict customs, Naira and Kartik are not allowed to meet each other. But, during the Tilak ceremony, Naira and Kartik will be seen romancing over a video call.
Naira
During the call, Naira will see Kush in trouble. Apparently, Kush gets locked in a cupboard. Naira tries to tell the same to Kartik, but he hang up.
Naira Rushes To Goenka House
Naira, with no other way left, rushes to Goenka house in her night suit. Not just that, she would also have applied face pack! Seeing Naira in this attire, Dadi gets irked.
Naira Saves Kush
Not just this, Naira will also step in the ‘kumkum water' while rushing to save Kush, who is locked in the cupboard. Everyone in the house will be shocked with this!
Dadi Angry
Dadi will be very angry at Naira as she did the gruh pravesh before her marriage. But, at the same time, she will be shocked to see Naira saving Kush.
Kartik

Also, in the upcoming episode, viewers will witness another new entry in the form of Kartik's sister, Kriti's husband - Romit Sharma. Kriti will be having a troubled marital life wherein her husband would be subjecting her to domestic violence. She would have hidden this from Kartik.

Suvarna meets Naira in the temple and asks Naira to bond Kartik with his family. She feels that Naira is the only person, who can do this!
Naira tells Suvarna that she will try to bond them, but she can't promise it. Also, Suvarna asks Naira to not to tell about their meeting, as she feels Kartik might get angry.
Shockingly, Kartik enters the temple, while Suvarna hides. Kartik and Naira leave to the office.
At office, Naira gives some gyaan to Kartik about family. But, Kartik is in no mood to listen. In turn, he warns Naira against talking about them. He also tells her that how much he loves her family and wants to be with them.
