Bigg Boss OTT 2 deserving winner controversy: When Arjun Bijlani posted a tweet to support Jiya Shankar, little did he know that it would create furore on social media. The Khatron Ke Khiladi 11 winner had supported Jiya after she was trolled by Abhishek Malhan fans.

It all started when Jiya Shankar and Elvish Yadav had a reunion and the duo talked about Bigg Boss. In their viral video, they were seen talking about the 'Bigg Boss OTT 2 deserving winner'. This sparked speculations about them taking a dig at Jiya Shankar.

Jiya had to release a statement as she was heavily trolled by Abhishek Malhan fans. "Crazy how some people are still fighting on the internet and spreading hate! I tend to laugh on things easily that's in my nature anyway since "some" of you needed to hear it from me - that was a taunt for me too since I've said it many times publicly that deserved to win. As if this would make any difference go ahead say what you want to! Rest it's not my fight, not my words! But still want to spread hate? Go ahead waste your energy on stupid things. Love you too," the Pishachini actress said in her statement.

After Jiya got trolled, Arjun slammed the haters and tweeted, "Big boss karke some people and their fan clubs have forgotten how to respect women. Sad (sic)." Even when the Miley Jab Hum Tum actor didn't mention his name, Elvish Yadav attacked him and called him a 'woman'.

Arjun Bijlani has now finally reacted to his viral tweet that created ripples on the internet. He maintained that he never tweeted anything wrong and didn't mention a name in his post. The Naagin actor said that he is not sure why it was blown out of proportion.

Revealing the reason why he didn't respond to Elvish Yadav's tweet, he told Tellychakkar, "It just ended there and hence I didn't feel the reason to reply and left it there. What matters is my happiness and state of mind and I am happy and in a state of mind of doing aarti and celebrating Ganesh Utsav festival."

The Ishq Mein Marjawan star said that he doesn't wish to get into any sort of controversy. He added that he aims to be a part of good work and that makes him happy.
