Bigg Boss 16: Shiv Thakare Breaks Silence On Ouster From Mahesh Manjrekar’s Film, Says ‘Jab Bhagwan Ek…’
As Shiv Thakare came out of Bigg Boss 16 as the first runner-up, he recently talked about his ouster from Bigg Boss Marathi 2 host Mahesh Manjrekar’s Marathi film Vedat Marathe Veer Daudle Saat.
'Marathi Manus' Shiv Thakare took first steps in showbiz in 2017 as a contestant in MTV Roadies Rising. After a lot of struggle and hard times, the young lad has finally made a mark in the entertainment industry.
In 2019, he participated and won Colors Marathi's Bigg Boss Marathi 2 hosted by Mahesh Majrekar. After a gap of two years, he entered Colors TV's Bigg Boss 16 in October last year. While he was already the winner of the Marathi version, people were expecting a lot from him.
Shiv once again proved himself and was counted among the strongest players in Salman Khan's reality show. Bigg Boss 16 ended on February 12 and he came out as the first runner-up.
After becoming a well-known TV face, Shiv's ultimate goal is to watch himself on the big screen. Yes, he wants to become a film star. His dream was about to get fulfilled in 2019 as Mahesh Manjrekar offered him a film. However, he's not a part of it now. In a recent interview, the reality TV star finally broke his silence on ouster from the Marathi movie.
Bigg Boss Marathi Host Mahesh Majrekar Offered Shiv Thakare A Marathi Film
Actor-filmmaker Mahesh Manjrekar, who also hosts Bigg Boss Marathi, was impressed with Shiv's personality and game plan in the second season. Hence, he offered Shiv a role in his Marathi film Vedat Marathe Veer Daudle Saat in 2019.

Recently, the makers finally unveiled the film's star cast and Shiv Thakare's name is not on the list. Looks like his fans are surprised. Hence, Shiv has finally reacted to his ouster from the Marathi movie.
Shiv Thakare Confirms He’s Not A Part Of Vedat Marathe Veer Daudle Saat
Breaking his silence, Shiv Thakare told ETimes, "I was duly informed that I am not a part of the project. It's fine; you must take things in stride and move ahead. I am not someone who believes in being upset for long. Jab bhagwan ek darwaza band kar deta hai toh sau darwaze open kar deta hai."

Talking about the veteran actor and filmmaker, Shiv added, "Manjrekar sir supported me while I was inside the BB 16 house. In fact, the entire Marathi industry rooted for me. I think that's where I derived my confidence from."
Shiv Thakare’s Upcoming Projects
While several interesting projects are being offered to him, Shiv Thakare is likely to be seen with his Bigg Boss 16 co-contestant Nimrit Kaur Ahluwalia in a music video next. However, an official announcement is still awaited. Keep watching this space for more updates!
