EXCLUSIVE! Bade Acche Lagte Hai 2s Shubhaavi Choksey Recalls Notorious Holi Days: Ive Played With Eggs...

Holi 2023: Holi is around the corner, and the entire town is already coloured in the colour of 'freedom' as this year everyone will be celebrating Holi without a single restriction post the pandemic and people are already rejoicing and are planning to celebrate the festival of colours with joy and great pomp.

Filmibeat got in touch with actress Shubhaavi Choksey who revealed her plans for Holi and also reminisced her good old days when she played the most 'notorious holi' with her friends.

To begin with, we first asked the actress about what are the changes she would want to see in the society, to which the Bade Acche Lagte Hai 2 actress says "There are far too many things that need to be changed but to begin with it should be the mindset of people. When people will begin to respect others as equals irrespective of their cast, colour or creed, then automatically human interactions will transform and transpire into something truly beautiful. If this is achieved even 50% then there will be a ripple effect on the society as a whole"

Furthermore, the actress spoke about how the importance of Holi never changed in her life despite of her going through the metamorphosis of life and how the memories have stayed fresh at each and every phase of life, She adds "I have had many memorable ones as a child, as a teenager , as a wife and as a mother too. Being a people's person , I have always got an opportunity to earn many friends in my life as a result of which each year holi is special for me somehow"

Lastly on a parting note, The actress recalls the notorious holi she played in her teenage days and how the memories of the festivals have etched in her heart forever and refuses to leave just like the permanent colours on her hands post Holi. She says "Playing a very notorious holi. I vividly remember my ears and the webs of my hands and feet used to be pink for a good ten to fifteen days after Holi , reason being we only played with pakka colours. I have had silver colour all over my hair and face. I have played with eggs and tomatoes. It is so funny that I detest bad odour and mess in my life but Holi is the only day in the year that I succumb to it (laughs)"

On the professional front, she was last seen in Bade Acche Lagte Hai 2 as Nandini Kapoor.
