As reported by ETimes TV, a well-known actor is poised to grace Imlie post the leap, and he's actor is none other than Sai Ketan Rao. Taking on the leading role, Sai Ketan Rao is reportedly set to enter as the fourth hero after Gashmeer Mahajani, Fahmaan Khan, and Karan Vohra . Sharing his thoughts on this development, the actor reacted to it and told the publication, "I am in talks with the makers of Imlie. Hopefully, I will be back on screen. The makers have made Imlie interesting. The first-generation leap worked well. I look forward to the second one." Notably, Sai Ketan Rao's previous project, Chashni, premiered in March 2023 and concluded within a span of two months, ending in May 2023.

In a recent interview with the same publication, Karan Vohra, when queried about the possibility of a leap in the show, refuted the notion, stating that the information is inaccurate. Nevertheless, the audience's curiosity is piqued regarding the makers' planning.

Shifting the focus to Sai Ketan Rao, this actor has featured in popular TV shows, including Mehndi Hai Rachne Waali and Chashni. Beyond making his mark on television, Sai has also made his presence felt in several Telugu films and web series, amassing a devoted fan base.
