"Pyar Ek Tarfa," released in 2021, emerged as a breath of fresh air in the music industry. Amaal Mallik's enthralling composition, coupled with Shreya Ghoshal's mesmerising vocals, resulted in a sonic masterpiece that beautifully conveyed the emotions of love, longing, and nostalgia. The accompanying music video features Amaal Mallik himself, sharing the screen with the talented Jasmine Bhasin.
Reflecting on the journey of "Pyar Ek Tarfa," Amaal Mallik shared, "I can't believe it's been two years since we released 'Pyar Ek Tarfa.' Time has flown by, but the love and affection this song has received from fans still amazes me. When I first composed this melody, I knew it was special, but I never anticipated the overwhelming response it would receive. Collaborating with the incredible Shreya Ghoshal was a memory to cherish forever, and her rendition brought a whole new dimension to the song."
Further, he added, During the shooting of my single "Mohabbat" in Ladakh, some kids approached me and referred to me as the "actor of one-sided love," showing how far the song has travelled and reached its listeners, it's such a great thing to hear that they love the music and it reaching to people."
