Amid rumours of Harshad Chopda and Pranali Rathod leaving YRKKH, the ace producer has spilled the beans on the new entry in the show.

There was a chatter that Fahmaan Khan and Tejasswi Prakash would be seen as the new leads of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai. While Anita Raj's entry is confirmed, Filmibeat debunked the rumours of Tejasswi and Fahmaan making an entry in the show.

"Rajan Shahi is known for giving opportunities to fresh faces like Hina Khan, Shivangi Joshi and Pranali Rathod. He must have chalked out a proper plan for Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, if it is taking a leap. While the production house would love to work with Tejasswi and Fahmaan, I think new faces will be auditioned for the lead roles. There's no doubt that Fahmaan Khan and Tejasswi Prakash are wonderful actors, who bring their own fan following but I think the chances of them featuring in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai are bleak," our khabri said.

The names of Randeep Rai, Mahima Makwana, Anushka Sen and Zannat Zubair surfaced on the internet. However, it turned out tobe false. Speculations were rife that Tejasswi Prakash's co-star Helly Shah would step into Pranali Rathod's shoes and play the new lead.

Yes, she was approached for the serial but she is busy with new projects and hence, won't be able to take up a longtime fiction show. She would suit the bill perfectly but the makers are now looking for a fresh face for YRKKH," a source told Filmibeat.

Helly Shah, while interacting with a portal, broke her silence on the rumours of replacing Pranali Rathod in YRKKH after the leap. She called the conjecture 'fake news' and said that she had no idea where it came from. The Swaragini actress confirmed that she has not been approached for Yeh Rishta serial.
