Jodha Akbar December 30th Episode Written Update: Akbar’s brother informs Salima Begum that he has arrived at the Mughal Palace with some mission. He has got a hint about some foul plan against Emperor Akbar, his elder brother. He is throughout a faithful and caring brother.

The staff, who blackmailed Benazir, waits for her in his room. Benazir comes and he insists on getting close to each other. As Benazir hesitates he again blackmails her saying that he will show the letter to Akbar. Now, having no other choice, Benazir comes close to him and as she kisses him, the man falls on the ground. It is seen that he has been poisoned by her. The scene is terribly exciting.

As Benazir is coming back to her apartment, she vomits in the midway. Zakira hurriedly takes her inside the room, but Jodha Begum and Moti watches this. A humane Jodha prepares medicine for Benazir and rushes to Benazir’s room, being accompanied by Moti.

Benazir feels extremely ill and she orders Zakira to take out the snake. Intake of the snake’s poison will make her feel better. Jodha arrives in the midst to give the medicine. As Zakira tries to hide the snake, it flees. The snake is about to bite Jodha. Benazir grabs the snake and saves Jodha. The frightened Begum and her attendant leave the place. Benazir intakes snake’s poison.

Everyone is grieved by the staff’s death. The doctor thinks that he has been bitten by snake. The real truth cannot be discovered by anyone. Akbar's brother alerts him about the wicked plan against him.

Akbar’s brother meets Jodha. The two have a sweet and hearty conversation. Jodha informs him that she was chased by a snake and narrowly escaped death.
